Products

What are the cases made of?

Our case Deft One is made of the Flexofit material which is a tested silicon based TPU material, free from SCCP, proven to endure the most extreme conditions. The inside is covered in a soft coated Durafur material to keep your phone safe from both scratches and external threats like heat or cold.

Does it work with wireless charging?

All of our cases are suitable for different kinds of wireless charging and our iPhone 12 cases are ofcourse compatible with the new Apple MagSafe charger.

Will the item be back in stock?

The easiest way for you as a customer is to sign up for our newsletter where we’ll amongst other things will give you this kind of information by email!

Shipping/Delivery

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

As soon as your order has been registered we will send your products within 24 hours so that you can get your amazing new cases as soon as possible. It takes about 3-7 working days until you get your products depending on what country you live in.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course!

If you live outside of Europe, please note that it can take a few days extra for your products to arrive.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is included within the EU, for further shipping the shipping cost is approximately 5 EUR.

Is my payment information safe?

If you choose to make your purchase through card payment, that information is directly sent to your bank and is not available to anyone unauthorized. Therefore, we can't see any of this information nor store it since it's only handled encrypted by one of our payment providers like Klarna or Apple Pay.

Returns & Warranties 

What's your warranty policy?

Our warranty is valid for one year from the date that you receive your product. This covers any manufacturing defects and you could choose to either get a new equivalent product sent to you for free or ask for your money back.

Can I return my product?

Of course! We accept returns of products within 30 days of your order if the products are still intact and in mint condition without any signs of usage. 

If this is the case, please contact us and state what product you'll be returning as well as the order number and we’ll make sure to help you. 

Can I exchange my product?

Yes you can! Note that exchanges and returns need to be registered within 30 days of your order and that the products have to be in the same mint condition as when you received it. 

You can only exchange your product to an equivalent product in the same price range or lower. In other cases you will have to do a return on your product to get a full refund and then you can make a new order.

I wanna return my product but I don't have the return label.

No problem, just contact us by email and we´ll help you. Make sure to send your order number and your full name, and it'll go a whole lot faster. 

What about my refund?

After returning your product you’ll receive an email confirmation of the return. After receiving your product and controlling that the arrend fulfills our return policy you’ll get a refund in the same payment methods as you choose when placing the order. If you choose an invoice through Klarna as your payment method you can easily pause your invoice through their App or Website, this will automatically be corrected in Klarna.
